Welcome to the Craft-Turney Water Supply Board Meetings page. Our Board of Directors meets once a month on the 2nd Tuesday here at the Corporation office at 6 pm. HB 3357 Allows Posting Notice of Open Meetings on Website Instead of with County Clerks (effectice Sept 1 2015)
Texas Rural Water Association's Legislative initiative was successful with the passage of HB 3357 by Rep. Eddie Lucio III during the 84th Legislature. This bill provides political subdivisons that are required to comply with the Open Meetings Act (includes water districts and water supply corporations) with the option of posting notice of their board meetings and annual meetings on the system's website instead of providing the notice to the county clerk's offices.
