Disconnection Procedures

Disconnection of a Member's account due to non-receipt of a payment will occur between the 22nd and 25th of each month. Craft-Turney WSC will not disconnect any Member's meter on a Friday. If your service has been disconnected and you pay your bill by any other means than coming into the office, please call the office and tell us at 903-586-9301 & speak to either Rhonda or Monica (These two ladies are the only persons who post & collect payments.  If payment is not given to them, the payment is not considered received) NOT the answering service or one of the outside guys.  If you fail to do this, your meter will be locked and lock out fees will be applied to your account.   

  • No customer is allowed to get an extension on their account on the disconnect date.
  • If a Member's meter is disconnected by the Water System, all fees owed on the account, plus a reconnect fee of $50.00 must be paid before the meter will be reconnected. 
  • If any customer wants to have their service reconnected after 3:30 pm, an additional $25.00 Service Trip Fee will be added in addition to the past due bill and reconnect fee. 
  • No meter will be unlocked after 4:30 pm or before 8:00 am.
